This impressive area offers a most luxurious mixture of about 30 canals which house waterfront and stately dry lot residences as well as the beautiful estate homes on the renowned Coral Ridge Country Club. Most of the Coral Ridge homes were carefully constructed with pride typical of the time in the 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s, with a few dating back as far as the mid 1940’s. Many of the original homes have been razed and rebuilt custom to their new owner’s specifications. Most of the others have been renovated to today’s standards and are complimented with meticulously landscaped lots. The water front properties offering deepwater access are found along the Intracoastal waterway as well as the west stretching canals. Coral Ridge offers some of the widest canals in the northern areas all with unrestricted ocean access.
