Marina members are enjoying the conveniences and safety of this state-of-the-art facility only minutes to Port Everglades and the Inlet to the Atlantic Ocean. The Port Condominium & Marina is the nations first dry dock storage condominium with a Bridge Crane system able to handle a boat up to 35,000 lbs (wet weight). This impressive marina is able to host 125 racks for vessels up to 52' in length. Racks are available for purchase and also for lease; subject to availability. Prices range from around $100,000 to a high of approximately $250,000 depending on the rack size. The maximum size slip available is 52' long x 15.17' wide x 18.33' high. The slips are deeded "Fee Simple" and are purchased separate from the condominiums. Owners are permitted to rent/lease their "Boat Rack-A-Miniums". The humidity-controlled marina is hurricane protective. All watercraft travel through a fresh soft water boat wash ("No Spot System") prior to being returned to their racks. This is a unique, niche product, and certainly a wonderful investment, especially for the seasoned mariner.

There are several temporary use wet slips with water and electricity located at the rear/entry of the marina for those mariners who wish to depart before the marina opens or return after they close. There is a beautiful reception office with showers, rest rooms, a television and a microwave, storage lockers and a large ice machine for the convenience of the members.
