The exclusive gated Sunrise Intracoastal neighborhood of only just less than approximately 175 homes is a private east side residential neighborhood located in central eastern Fort Lauderdale just south of our Galleria Mall on East Sunrise Boulevard on the west side of the Intracoastal waterway. The beach is just a quick walk across the Intracoastal Bridge at Sunrise Boulevard.  Turn west instead and land at the famed Galleria Mall with the delicious array of fabulous eateries such as Seasons 52, PF Chang’s, The Capital Grille, Blue Martini and several others.  There are several parks close by like George English Park on the west side of the Intracoastal waterway along the Middle River and Birch State Park just across the Intracoastal Bridge on the ocean side.
