We are located only 15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 10 minutes from the Port Everglades Cruise Ships, Las Olas Shops and Restaurants, Performing Arts Center, Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, Museum of Discovery and Sciences and the Galleria Mall. There are three reefs located only 100 yards from our shoreline, perfect for those of you that scuba dive and snorkel.

Vue Residences and Beach Club is the newest residential condominium in the Fort Lauderdale Beach area.  The two towers are home to 157 units, less than 80 per building.  Located on the west side of A1A, these 2 towers offer sweeping views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean, the lush tropical canopy of our own Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the Intracoastal Waterway, and our everchanging Downtown Fort Lauderdale skyline.

Vue Residences and Beach Club is not only a people friendly environment, it is pet friendly as well.  Residents may have up to 2 pets with no size or weight restriction.  Owners will surely appreciate the liberal rental policy; with association approval, an owner may rent his/her unit up to 3 times per year for a 3 month minimum. 

The North Tower will house the Party Center, and the Exercise Facility, the Outdoor Spa, and the Climate Controlled Pool.  The South Tower will be home to the Sports Lounge.
