Prices range from just under $100,000 to a high of approximately $250,000 depending on the rack size. The maximum size slip available is 52' long x 15.17' wide x 18.33' high. The slips are deeded "Fee Simple" and are purchased separate from the condominiums. Owners are permitted to rent/lease their "Boat Rack-A-Miniums". The humidity-controlled marina is hurricane protective. All watercraft travel through a fresh soft water boat wash ("No Spot System") prior to being returned to their racks. This is a unique, niche product, and certainly a wonderful investment, especially for the seasoned mariner.
From time to time we do have several types and sizes of racks available for rental from approximately $600.00 to $1,400 per month, depending on the size of the rack.
