Sky Lofts Won an Award of Excellence from the
American Institute of Architects for Concept and Design! 


This 12 unit courtyard property will be the first true "Live/Work/Play" residence in the new Flagler Village area.  SkyLofts will offer 12 unique Mid-Century Modern theme townhome style Lofts.  The uniqueness is that this is the first project with Live/Work units to be approved by the City of Fort Lauderdale.  There are now several of this type in various stages of planning and development.

Outdoor space is plentiful in this wonderful project with Rooftop Spas, and Sky Terraces offering fabulous Downtown views. The grounds and courtyards will be lushly landscaped and will incorporate some beautiful water features to create a harmonious atmosphere.  

The location of the Sky Lofts project is perfect, only a few blocks from Downtown Fort Lauderdale, our fabulous Riverfront, Las Olas Boulevard, and of course, only a quick bike ride or jog to our beautfiul Fort Lauderdale Beaches.
