The Courtyards at Flagler Village is a "turn key" project.  The units will be delivered fully finished.  The developer is offering beautiful finishes and many upgrades as well.  The floors in the buildings will be "soundproofed".  The Ceilings will be generous with ceilings up to 18' in the City Lofts, 9' in the City Flats, and 10' in the Penthouses.  Natural light will bathe the homes as rooms enjoy plenty of hurricane impact windows, tinted for energy efficiency. 
Most of the residences will have private terraces.

Kitchens in these homes will be remarkable with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, a built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, and perhaps most interesting, a wonderful GAS cook top stove.  The flooring in the kitchens will be stone, tile, or wood according to the buyer's specifications.  The European cabinetry is wood with glass doors and stainless steel hardware.  The sink is to be an undermount, double stainless steel sink with a rich granite or quartz countertop and backsplash.  The design of the space will be open with a breakfast/snack bar.

The City Flats will reflect a "Classic Mediterranean Style" on the north side, and a "Breezy Caribbean Style" of architecture in the south building.  The City Lofts will portray the "Easy Going Old Floridian Style" on the East side, and a "Sleek Contemporary" structure on the west side.  There is truly something to suit everyone here!  Courtyards of Flagler Village City Flats residences will range in size from 898 sq. ft. interior with a 67 sq.ft. balcony, for a total of 965 sq. ft., to 1551 sq. ft. interior with a 131 sq. ft. balcony, for a total of 1682 sq. ft.  The City Lofts will be a bit larger.  The floorplans are wonderful. 

The location is optimal, within walking distance to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, the wonderful Himmarshee Historic Area, the Riverwalk Arts & Entertainment Area, Las Olas Boulevard, and only a short bike ride away from our magnificent Fort Lauderdale Beaches.
