Like me, I'll bet you are wondering where the name NoLA Lofts came from.
It is an acronym for North of Las Olas.

One of the pioneer projects of Flagler Village; NoLA Lofts was completed in 2005 as local residents get the feel of the new Flagler Village emerging around them. NoLa Lofts offers 54 wonderful loft units, with a beautiful heated pool area to relax and enjoy, only steps to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Riverfront, and a quick bike ride to the Fort Lauderdale Beach or Holiday Park.

Located just north of Broward Boulevard and just west of US 1 on NE 2nd Street in Flagler Village. Like Avenue Lofts, NoLA Lofts offers industrial structure with exposed duct work and stained concrete floors, with "wide open to the imagination", living spaces.

Residences offer 10' 8" Ceilings with the exception of the Penthouses which will offer 20' Ceilings in the multi level residences. Terraces and Oversized Windows make the most of our beautiful, tropical paradise.

Only steps to downtown, this project was one of the first loft projects introduced to the emerging Flagler Village.
