         The immeasurable disaster in the Gulf Coast region of the United States has not only affected the lives and families of people living and visiting there, but this destructive event and its devastating results have touched the hearts of the entire world.

We feel very fortunate that we are not directly involved in this situation; however, we do feel moved and obligated to assist those who are and we have a great drive and desire to create interest and encourage others to help too.

In response, we have created "SURVIVE" Hurricane Katrina Bands to help raise money for the victims and their families. Our hearts reach out to these people as we reach out to our peers, knowing that together collectively we will make a difference.  We will be offering these "Limited Edition" bands for a miniumum donation of $5.00 each.  The bands are offered at all 7 of our RE/MAX Partners offices throughout Broward County Florida.  100% of the donations will be sent to the Red Cross. 

          The Bands are of the same quality and size as the popular "LIVESTRONG" yellow bands.  The color of our Bands (is very similar in color to the background of this page), is representative of the magnificent turqouise Gulf of Mexico in that once, amazingly beautiful region.  We designed our bands with the word "SURVIVE" and a great logo (displayed above) with a wave and a cross.  They look really great.  People love them, and they love the fact that they can help donate to the cause.  The Bands are selling fast and we are so happy to know that we are collectively going to make a big difference.  
     

Our goal is to be able to raise enough money to reach as many victims as possible. We wish to focus our interests and contribute and rebuild not only the homes, schools, and villages themselves, but perhaps more importantly to ease and console the broken spirits of those who are suffering from this catastrophic natural disaster, especially the children. It would be very rewarding to know that we will be helping to demonstrate how we as a world together, young and old can work together and help one another even worlds away.

Teens and adults alike should make an effort to support the Hurricane Katrina Relief cause. We trust that through our determination, vision, and devotion that we will inspire many across the nation and perhaps around the world to take part in our efforts to assist.

Although our expectations and will power are extraordinary, we are just ordinary teens that want to make a difference. Please join us in helping the victims by supporting our cause. Both we and the victims will surely appreciate anything you can do to help.   

100% of the proceeds from our sales will be donated to
The American Red Cross and directed specifically to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
